The hotel more than met our expectations, clean, nice

Staff, good food, all really good for the first 4 days. the noise from other guests at night was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep some evenings.

Consider visiting the nearby beaches for a more tranquil experience away from the resort’s hustle, the scenery is stunning and less crowded.

the staff here are super friendly and accommodating, especially jose maria! they really make the place feel welcoming. cocktails are great and the bartenders are awesome. food is good too, although it can get a bit repetitive.

The cleanliness of toilets near the restaurant needs urgent attention!!! Plastic cups for drinks are a poor choice in an area where guests gather. Elevators were frustratingly slow during peak times, creating unnecessary hassle!!!

Had a nice stay in the Double Room Pool View. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that made it comfortable. Loved the private balcony for some relaxation time. Although the views were great, the thin walls meant I heard a lot of noise from the shows outside, which made sleep a bit tough some nights. a good setup but could use some soundproofing.

Had a pleasant 6 nights in the Double Room Pool View at Aluasun. The room offered good cleanliness, and the pool area was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds available. Drinks at the bar had a nice variety, making afternoons enjoyable. encountered issues with thin walls, making it tough to sleep at night due to noise from the shows outside. Food choices were repetitive during the stay, especially for lunch and dinner, lacking vegetarian options. Desserts were underwhelming with few selections and no significant variety. A real letdown was the dirty lift entrance that was not cleaned for over a day, which affected the overall experience. Cleanliness in child areas also required more attention. Still, the location’s proximity to the beach and a clean pool were definite highlights.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend jaunt in Calas de Mallorca with extraordinarily good value for money. The friendly staff made my day by helping me navigate local attractions and recommending hidden gems to explore. Make sure to check out the nearby Buddha bar for a memorable atmosphere.
